Given the limited space in our shop and the requirement to maintain social distancing, we believe we can only safely accommodate 1 customer (or household) at a time in the shop.

Therefore we will operate an appointment system to limit queuing time for customers.

Customers will be able to book appointments online via the website ( or by phone (01234 355101).

A few details regarding our business at this difficult time for us all:

Our physical shop on Mill Street is temporarily closed in line with government guidelines for all non-essential shops to be shut.

Our online business has been unaffected and we continue to ship all orders on time with no shipping delays from either DPD Local or Royal Mail***.

Returns - If you need to return an online order for any reason please contact us via email We don't have an exact time period you need to return the order by at the moment, please just to do so when it is convenient and safe for you.

Telephone Orders - As our office won't be manned at our usual opening times please email us with your contact details if you would like to order over the phone and we will call you back ASAP.

As of 6/4/20 Royal Mail have informed us that we cannot drop our Click & Drop (a pre-paid label service we use) parcels at our local post office branches and our local depot office has been shut so we are therefore shipping all possible parcels via DPD Local where possible. This will cost £3.99 for orders under £30, £1.99 for orders under £70 and will be free for orders over £70. Parcels that cannot be shipped by DPD Local (e.g. Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, International etc) will be shipped by Royal Mail at the same cost. This is to reduce the risk of exposure to our staff at a Post Office branch.
